SHARGET (the “Company”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We consider your personal information highly confidential, and will do our best to protect it from unauthorized access and keep it secure.
By visiting or using the Sharget.com website and/or any other service provided by SHARGET, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy [“Privacy Policy” including collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal information. This policy (together with our General Terms and Conditions) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. This Privacy Policy applies to transactions and activities in which you engage with SHARGET on and off the Website. Also this policy applies to our subsidiary and parent companies and other affiliated legal entities with whom SHARGET is under common corporate control, in case your personal information needs to be processed by these entities.
For purposes of this Agreement, “Service” refers to the Company’s service which can be accessed via our website (“Site”) at sharget.com (or any of its sub-domains) or through our mobile application. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of Service.
INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information includes the information which you submit to us through the registration process at the Service via the site or mobile application and may contain: your email, name and surname, user picture (optional), sex (optional), phone number (optional) and other optional data.
To activate the Service, you do not need to submit any Personal Information other than your email address, name and surname. To use the Service thereafter, you do not need to submit further Personal Information.
Also, in an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”], the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We track this information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. Sending a cookie to a user’s browser enables us to collect Non-Personal information about that user and keep a record of the user’s preferences when utilizing our services, both on an individual and aggregate basis.
The Company may use both persistent and session cookies; persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your session and until you delete them, while session cookies expire when you close your browser. For example, we store a persistent cookie to store the user ID for simplifying next-time user login procedure.
In addition to the information provided automatically by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, to become a subscriber to the Service you will need to create a personal profile. You can create a profile by registering with the Service and entering your email address, name, surname and creating a user name and a password (or using the existing login credentials from the 3 rd party identity provider, for example, Google or Facebook). Other fields containing personal information in your profile page are optional and do not require completion. However, the accuracy of data in these fields could be possibly evaluated by the Service and data itself could be used by the Service for various purposes, like ratings, profile verification, etc. By registering, you are authorizing us to collect, store and use the information contained in your profile in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION
Personal Information: except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers.
In addition, information collected from you could be used in order to enable other Users of the Service to interact with you. Some basic information that you provide for inclusion in your public profile will be displayed publicly: this includes but not limited to your name, profile picture, “About” field. Your detailed contact information (surname, email, phone and other) will not be shared with other Users unless and until you share them. Your public profile might be displayed to and searchable by other Users, including a contact mechanism.
By initiating any activity or transaction that uses financial information on the Site or Service, you consent to SHARGET providing your financial information to appropriate Service Providers as we determine are necessary to support and process your activities and transactions. By purchasing, registering, or making reservations for products or services of any third parties offered by the Service, or by participating in programs offered by the Service that require you to submit financial information to third parties in order to use them, you also consent to our providing your financial information to those third parties. These third parties may be authorized to use your financial information in accordance with their own privacy policies, over which you acknowledge that SHARGET has no control and for the use or misuse of which SHARGET is not responsible.
In the event we undergo a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge and consent that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of our assets may continue to process your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. In addition, we will inform our users of such transfer and will provide the possibility to opt out of the transfer of their personal information. Though please note, that in some circumstances, opting out might lead to inability to access or use the Service, due to technical reasons.
SHARGET does not collect information about persons younger than 18 years of age. All users of the Website and all SHARGET Users must represent to SHARGET that they are at least 18 years old.
Non-Personal Information: In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the Site. This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties at our discretion.
COOKIES
Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive. Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we reasonably believe to be unlawful. In addition, SHARGET will disclose any confidential information of users following a valid court order or any other such demand of equal status in a jurisdiction where SHARGET operates.
WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA work for us or for one of our subcontractors or business partners. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all reasonable necessary measures to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional e-mail or by contacting us at support@sharget.com. You can also indicate that you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us in the “Profile settings” section of the Site. Please note that notwithstanding the promotional preferences you indicate by either unsubscribing or opting out in the Settings section of the Site or mobile application, we may continue to send you administrative emails including, for example, periodic updates to our Privacy Policy.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
As part of the Service, we may provide links to or compatibility with other websites or applications. However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us through the Site and the Service. Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of a third party website accessed by selecting a link on our Site or via our Service. To the extent that you access or use the Service through or on another website or application, then the privacy policy of that other website or application will apply to your access or use of that site or application. We encourage our users to read the privacy statements of other websites before proceeding to use them.

We implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access.
